Service Offerings

CryoLounge+

An advanced recovery chair that offers targeted cold for soreness and aches, complimented by warmth in other areas for comfort. This balanced approach ensures a holistic and refreshing recovery that is ideal post workout. Features include leg compression offering a lower leg and calf massage and an auxiliary pad for hard to reach areas like shoulders and knees.

HydroMassage

A heated water massage designed to relieve muscle soreness, stress and aid in post workout recovery. Jets move up and down the body with wave-like streams of heated water, giving the client full control of where to target the massage. Speed, intensity and location are fully customizable to the client’s specific needs using a state of the art intuitive touch screen.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared heat is used to promote a deeper sweat to aid in flushing out toxins and heavy metals, also increasing blood flow and improved circulation. Deep penetrating heat can reduce muscle and joint pain. The dry heat and calming atmosphere will help reduce stress. Equipped with Red Light Therapy to help reduce inflammation and enhance collagen production, all while burning calories.

Normatec Therapy

Compression therapy uses sequential compression to promote blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to muscles to help alleviate muscle soreness and reduce fatigue. This kind of therapy facilitates lymphatic drainage to help reduce swelling and fluid build up. Increase flexibility and range of motion by relaxing tight muscles, decreasing stiffness and increasing joint mobility.

Single – $30, 3 sessions – $85, 6 sessions – $165, 10 sessions – $240
